Mr. Cooper is a litigator. He has made a career of representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of cases including personal injury and wrongful death cases, automobile and trucking accidents, products liability, premises liability, professional negligence and malpractice, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith.  

Mr. Cooper received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University College of Business and Economics and his Juris Doctorate from the West Virginia University College of Law.  

While in law school, Mr. Cooper served as the Executive Editor of the West Virginia Law Review.  

Mr. Cooper is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Harrison County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. 

Mr. Cooper has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America publication as a top attorney in the field of Insurance Law, since 2007.
